The author has attempted to address all these concerns in the form of question and answers with literature evidence. These questions are carefully selected with an intention to cover most of challenging situations and dilemmas encountered by obstetricians while evaluating women with RPL. First step in RPL management is providing proper counselling to the affected couple and this has been addressed adequately in this volume. Although the treatment cannot guarantee a successful pregnancy, a comprehensive evaluation and treatment may help in achieving success in 85% of the women. In this first endeavor, I have attempted to simplify the approach to the evaluation of RPL by providing answers based on literature evidence and to address certain highly challenging clinical scenarios for which evidence from experience is bleak. We hope that this volume may help to minimize the investigation cost and maximize the treatment benefit of these unfortunate couples to whom parenthood appear far from reality.
